From agency founder at 26 to Head of Product. Each role taught me what the previous one couldn't.
Founded ohGroup at 26. We tried to do everything: agency, events, print, software. It was ambitious, chaotic, and ultimately a masterclass in what not to do.
Transitioned into Graphic and UX Design. I needed to understand the "why" behind user behavior. This phase shaped my empathy-first approach to product development.
Now leading product at Autopay. Scaling payment platforms across 9+ markets. Combining agency grit, design empathy, and strategic execution.

Dominant Domain
I organize people and resources for maximum effectiveness. Creative flexibility in complex situations.
I love to learn and intuitively know how I learn best. Always on the cutting edge.
I love to solve problems. Analyze, identify shortcomings, fix them.
I see what makes each person unique and how to bring out their best.
I see potential in people and small signs of progress. I help others grow.
I seek and store information. Knowledge empowers better decisions.
Strong inner drive. I love completing tasks and getting things done.
Fascinated by ideas. Always searching for connections between things.
Visionary. I see the future and can articulate it for others.
I take ownership of what I commit to. People can rely on me.
I lead with Strategic Thinking themes — I absorb and analyze information to inform better decisions. But I'm equally strong in Executing — I get things done and take ownership.
The non-negotiable standards I hold for myself and the teams I lead. Inspired by frontier research and high-stakes execution.
I take responsibility for results, not just tasks. If it failed, I learn from it. If it worked, I share how.
No politics, no sugar-coating. I'll tell you what didn't work and why. I value the same from others.
Neurospicy brain means I move quickly. I've learned to channel that into rapid experimentation and learning.
I see potential in everyone. Small signs of progress matter. Helping others level up is deeply satisfying.
I see patterns others miss. Design + tech + business + user = product. The connections matter.
